I recently had the privilege of participating in the 14th season of Kansas City Fashion Week. KMBC meteorologist Neville Miller and I were in the media lounge at Kansas City's Union Station talking fashion with the designers. I've included some photos from the evening below. And our interviews with the designers will be available on Kansas City Fashion Week's Facebook page soon!

I’m so excited to be a part of Kansas City Fashion Week’s 14th season! Neville Miller and I will be bringing you behind the scenes of the Saturday, Sept. 29 show at Union Station. Come out to see featured designer Rachel Roy and many other wonderful designers or check KCFashionWeek.com to join the fun! Also that night, I’ll be wearing Rachel Roy. Rachel built a ready-to-wear and accessories business into a globally recognized brand. Inspired by my little, Midwestern hometown, I write about rain on tin roofs, gravel roads, old trucks with holes in the floorboards, small-town summer nights, and most importantly, love.
